We offer a large panel of different Hydrogen Generator with different Capacities from 100ml/min to 20L/min and with purities from 99.999% to 99.99995%. These generators come into different casings based on the application and the capacity. The Casing L for Laboratory offer the smallest H2 generator on the market at these purities and capacities. All our H2 generators are equipped with leak detectors and automated leak check with Auto Shut down. These are 100% safe.
The technologies used are mostly PEM and SMART PSA
Lower purities are available upon request such as different outflows.

Zero Air Generator
Leman Instrument have a full family from compact to semi-industrial capacities Zero Air generator. From 1.5L/min to 120L/min and more, we can produce some different types of Synthetic air (80% N2 / 20% O2) from the Dry Air to one of the purest Air on the market. All our models are equipped with Touchscreen Display which allow to control the pressure by software. Our models are integrated with on-board compressors to provide a full autonomous solution or can be connected to some oil free & dry compressed air compatible with the norms ISO8573-1:2010 Class 3 or 4.

Nitrogen Generator for LCMS application
Leman Instruments provide some specifics generators LCMS application. Our products are designed based on the different needs of the mains manufacturer as Agilent, Shimadzu, AB-Sciexetc… Most of the LCMS will require around 35L/min of 97 to 99% N2 at 7 bar, but some will require some additional features as some Ultra-Pure N2 into a second channel or some complementary Dry Air for example. Leman Instruments customized our generics models to make them match these specifics need into one single unit, which is a concrete gain of space into a laboratory and a proper saving. Leman Instruments N2 Generators for LCMS application are silent. Around 50Db measured at 1m will be the general noise of our devices.

Oxygen Generator
Leman Instruments newest product in the Gas Generation world is a line of O2 generators running under the technology of SMART PSA. Our principle is similar as the one used into the Nitrogen and the Zero Air. We add a Catalysis Oven as well for the higher purities models to remove most of the THC. This gas at these purities are perfect to be used into some Organic / Inorganic Spectroscopy technologies from any type of supplier. Our models are integrated with on-board compressors to provide a full autonomous solution or can be connected to some oil free & dry compressed air compatible with the norms ISO8573-1:2010 Class 3 or 4.
